The Chiang Mai Zoo isn’t your typical zoo. Here you are allowed to get up close and personal (if you want to) by feeding many of the exotic animals. You can even take your car inside and drive to each exhibit saving little legs from getting tired.
The Siam Insect Zoo out in Mae Rim, just north of Chiang Mai is one of our favourite places to go with the kids. Here you can get very close to exotic animals such as insects, iguanas, stick bugs and more.
Lions, and tigers, and bears, oh my! Take the family on a safari and walk through the jungle.
