Keep the kids busy at Siripanna Villa Resort and Spa Chiang Mai
The Siripanna is a luxurious Lanna culture resort that caters to families with children of all ages. In fact, they offer a Kids’ Club with special facilities that provides books, toys and music for children ages 1-10 years old.
In addition to that they have a northern Thai playground, northern-style toys, fun crafts and even a special private rice planting class at a beautiful rice paddy located right at the resort.
On special family fun activity days, Siripanna Villa Resort and Spa opens its facilities to the public where for a very reasonable price of 799 baht, everyone can participate in a Lanna style activity and that includes their famous buffet lunch too!
The rooms are lush and they also have one of the most beautiful pools in Chiang Mai (that is not open to the public)

What are great reasons to stay at Siripanna Villa Resort and Spa Chiang Mai?
It’s absolutely lush! Everything about the place is quality, above and beyond, and obviously there is their pool. This photo does not even do it justice! The Siripanna Villa Resort and Spa pool (in our opinion) is the most stunning pool in Chiang Mai. Not only do they have a pool, but some select rooms have their own private plunge pools.
Another reason the pool is so unique is that no members of the public are allowed to swim in it at any time. The only way to truly enjoy it, is to stay at the Siripanna Villa!
The family fun activities
While there is the Kids’ Club, there are also daily Lanna culture activities for both hotel guests and the public to enjoy.
The program is called Family Fun Activities Program and it’s available as a half-day (799 baht) or a full-day package (1,499 baht). Both packages include a fantastic buffet lunch.
The most popular family activity is rice planting and it takes place right on the sprawling grounds of The Siripanna Resort. This is great as anywhere else, you’d have to take a songtaew or driver quite a ways outside of Chiang Mai to do this. The resort will also provide you with proper attire so that you don’t have to get our own clothes all wet and muddy!
This is another traditional Lanna craft which is called the Songkran flag. Songkran is a traditional festival to celebrate Lanna Thai new year with lots and lots of water!
Other activities include cooking, colouring, Muay Thai, cup cake decorating and more!
The playground
Okay, so that’s not particularly outstanding is it?! But hey, at least they have something? Little tots really don’t seem to care as long as there’s a slide!
Family rooms, villas and prices
Here is one of the villas that you can stay in that comes with its own private plunge pool! All of the rooms are designed with the inspiration of Lanna culture and are of the utmost quality.
As for room prices, that will vary with the seasons. It’s best to research prices for Siripanna Villa Resort and Spa here or contact them directly.
