North Hill City Resort Chiang Mai Is Great For Kids (Even If You Don’t Play Golf)
Located in a golf course, this is the most kid friendly golf resort in Chiang Mai. But we stayed here on the recommendation of a friend and we don’t play golf simply because the resort is so nice and the service is 5 star. Of course, if you wanted to play golf, the 18 hole course and driving range are top quality.

Why should you stay at North Hill City Resort Chiang Mai?
The pool, the pool, the pool! It’s gorgeous. It’s also multi-leveled so that there’s an ankle-deep section, perfect for babies to get familiar with water, knee-deep, waist-deep, and proper deep. Everyone of all ages can enjoy this pool safely and be surrounded by such beauty!
There are also cabanas around the pool where you can watch the kids while they play and relax with a cool drink. They also have poolside service so you can order lunch here as well. Or you can sit and feel quite royal in the grand garden just beyond the pool.
The play areas
This is just one section of the huge area to play. There’s a jungle gym for kids up to age 8 as well. When we were there they also had a bunny enclosure, although unsure if that’s still there. There’s also plenty of space for kids to run around and a garden for adults to enjoy.
North Hill Golf Resort even has a football pitch! They have soccer balls available as well. Or, you can take a golf cart and head over to the nearby driving range and hit a few balls around. To rent a golf club is about 50 baht and they have kids’ sizes too. A rack of balls costs around 60 baht so it’s really affordable to try.
The rooms
Just look at this bed! It’s a California King times two! Apparently, this is standard in every room, useless you get double beds It was quite literally like sleeping on a dream. The bathroom, while it didn’t have a rub, had a shower with five, yes five different massaging shower heads!
Rooms prices
Most prices for hotels and resorts in Thailand fluctuate with the seasons. Prices are highest in tourist season, October to March. The prices we were quoted were around between 3,400 to 4,500 baht per night.
What’s the food like here?
You must, must, must try the truffle pasta. It is to die for. All the other food was also of incredible taste and quality. The breakfast was also one of a kind. Breakfast is usually included in the price and all other meals are on the higher end for price but so worth it. The chef is a star.
